As the social agency of record for ViacomCBS (eventually becoming Paramount), we managed organic strategy, publishing, and content creation across all social channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
Our role: make one of the biggest names in entertainment feel more human, relevant, and actually worth following.
We developed a tone of voice that could flex between serious announcements and shareholder meetings, industry thought leadership, and the occasional SpongeBob cameo.
We crafted playbooks, launched new content series, and covered everything from upfronts to breaking news — and created whole a lot of Schitt’s Creek and Drag Race memes.
